On August 4, 2022, the exclusive Houston-based beverage, Exotic Pop, provides a space for the community to rebuild, inviting the Harris County Precinct 7 to speak to youth and adults about trusting the police, utilizing your local constable department, and having safe interactions with the police.

Harris County Precinct 7 presented the public with a conversation to regain community members' trust. Sargent Tanita Roe, Sargent Monica Bilbo, and deputy Rodriguez touched on viable aspects to keep you safe while interacting with the police. Officers also passed out a monthly newsletter from constable May Walker, additional safety tips on what to do if stopped by police, A gun cable lock, and an awareness thermometer decal.
"The most important thing is to have both sides, a defense attorney and law enforcement, and look at things in perspective on both sides. Both sides were brutally honest with their practices, and it's good for our community to take in this information, resources and knowledge that are available to us and know how to represent ourselves when interacting with police properly," Said Founder and CEO of Exotic Pop Charleston Wilson.
Following the recent death of George Floyd on May 25, Black Lives Matter and other activist groups spread nationwide outrage of officers' use of force against Blacks and Hispanics.

Criminal Defense and personal injury attorney Preston Strickland also spoke, informing the public about the importance of knowing your rights when stopped by a police officer.
